Founder Sally Marsden has 30 years’ experience in the legal sector. A partner at two previous firms, as well as a client and buyer of legal services when running an in-house legal team. Sally has worked at well regarded firms in Manchester, Hong Kong & London. Her career started with a mix of civil, criminal and family litigation before she went on to specialise in commercial litigation with a professional negligence, construction and engineering bias. The cases have been across a wealth of foreign jurisdictions, Since returning to London in 2000 she has worked on a very wide range of civil, criminal and family matters. Her experience also covers all the usual legal issues in running a business.
She holds a Diploma in Project Management (RICS), is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and was a visiting lecturer at various institutions including the University of Law.
